    what does this mean?

    For the exam you have to write a comparative essay, in which you compare aspects from three different texts (book, play and movie). That list is the prescribed texts you can pick from, although your teacher will pick the three. The different topics are theme, issue, general vision and viewpoint or social context. Only three are on the 2016 syllabus (not sure which) and two will come up on the exam.
