Chromecast delivery problem

    I ordered a Chromecast from the Play store about three weeks ago and it never arrived (delivery was 3-5 business days and it shipped the same day). Any time I call customer service I am transferred three or four times but no one can solve it - is there any forum or way people have used to get an issue like this solved in the past?

    Hmm, I was pondering on getting one myself, won't be ordering from there then, will look to amazon.

    Why not just buy it in Tesco or Argos?

    Didn't think it was sold widespread yet as I've never actually seen one anywhere, but I will check my locals ;)

    [edit] they have 5 in the Argos just down road from me :D I'm surprised I never actually thought of checking there

    I went to Argos today and I ordered 1 , I had to wait a whole 2 minutes for it to arrive at collection point A. Cost is €39 same as the play store.

    Yeah, that's what I'll do, when I have a spare €39 - can you come back with your thoughts on it after some testing? :)
