Retirement CGT

Looking for some advice on CGT.
Currently run a business through a company. Have looked at CGT relief on retirement and I meet all conditions.
The company trades from a property I own personally.
My question is if I sell property at same time as business does the property sale qualify for Retirement relief.

    Thanks.

Surely you should ask your accountant?
