Where can I sell my instruments?

I know the first answer will be adverts.ie but I've tried that. And done deal and ebay. The problem is that my saxophones are high end and when people see one going for 2k next to a couple of 300 quid jobs they aren't gonna spend the money unless they know what they're at. Which wasn't a problem before because I wasn't in a rush to sell them. But now I've been presented with an opportunity I really don't want to turn down, but it comes with a time limit. I need to sell them in the next couple of months. I don't mind taking a small hit on price because of the deadline, but im not going to pawn them off for a quarter of their value. I need a music shop who knows what they are, how much they're worth and mow much is reasonable to offer me for them making sure they'll still make a profit for the shop. Not adverts.ie where people think a '93 corsa with no engine and a box of Marlborough with one missing would be a fair trade. Does anyone know of such a music shop anywhere in the country?

Stick a few flyers up in colleges, around music departments.

Stick a few flyers up if you know any music studio's about, or any jazz places? Choirs and orchestras would be another place to look up.

Sax is a lovely instrument, but very limited market for it IMO.

Know the sting of trying to flog instruments on adverts, where no one wants it for asking price.

    GLWS anyways mate.
