I have the 2014-15 manual for constitutional law and it appears that some aspects are way out of date. Currently looking at non-justiciability and I have noticed that they state that the referendum in relation to Oireachtas invesitgations is deemed to not have occurred yet and there is no discussion of the Supreme Court decision of Callely v Moylan which was released in April of this year. Really annoying if up to date manuals are so clearly not up to date.

    They rarely update the manuals.

    Well that's slightly infuriating.

There's a whole section on Callely v Moylan in the Independent manual. Did you need info on it?

I read the SC judgement myself in relation to justiciability, was just annoying that it was not in the 2014/15 manual. Just hoping I don't miss out on any other predominant cases that have not been discussed in this manual. Very annoying.
