average farm size in ireland

I believe the average irish farm size is around 80 acres - but does this include commonage? I know plenty of the farms around my area would be under 20 acres + commonage entitlements of 30 or 40 acres so just wondering if these are actually closer to average size than I've always thought..

I'd guess that they'd only count the 20 acres and not the commonage
