Anyone know a local painter?

House is in west clare, just plastered so I'm looking for the first coat of 50% white matt + 50% water coat for walls + ceiling for a 1300 sq ft. dormer. No finished floors are in, nor doors/stairs so the only care that is needed is the window boards. If anyone has recommendations, I'd appreciate it.
