Bike recommendation?

Looking to replace my vintage alu Trek 1500 road bike (circa ~03).

Budget of around €2K, to transport a 90kg, 6ft carcass around the hills of Wicklow, so shaving grams of weight is not a high priority....

Any recommendations?

I'm also 90+ kgs & bought a Trek Emonda S6 for 2k from my LBS and am very happy with it..
