    Hey folks,

I was just wondering are there any companies who run Hunting day trips in Ireland for people who dont own guns. Basically what I am looking for is a guide to take us out hunting and show us the ropes etc and obviously supply all the gear. I used to hunt a bit when I was a kid with my uncle and loved it but I havnt been in years.

There would be a group of 3 or 4 of us. None of us own guns or have licenses to own a gun so we would need all the kit supplied. I am not too sure if such an activity is even legal but if it is, any advice would be much appreciated.

BTW I am in the Dublin area so ideally anywhere within an hours drive would be ideal.

EDIT: I think this might be in the wrong forum actually, might be better in the shooting forum perhaps?

Thats Luggala estate. I've never been in it or on it, and I only found out about it when i was up that way for a drive over the summer.

Seems you can stay in cottages or a house on the estate and they can do deer stalking with you. Ive no idea of prices or who runs it or how its run, but sure they're very close to dublin and could be what you're looking for.
    Hope this helps.
