Sky Error

    Does anyone know why I am getting a message saying "this is the wrong card for this Set Top Box Insert the correct Sky viewing card" on many of the channels. This only appeared tonight.

    Turn all off.
    Let sit for a minute take card out while off and return card his should solve.

    If continues go into settings and reset.

    I have trier this but no good.
    How do i reset ?

    Go through settings but be careful may loose all saved programmes.

    If you have tried all there may be another issue maybe faulty card.

    Ring sky and they will re-pair the card to the box...
