    hi All,

I'm brewing 23 litres of brewferm using two cans of wort which each have yeast. WIll one packet of yeast do for the whole lot or should I throw in both.

    Cheers.

If you have a use for the other pack then one would do, esp if you start it off first. Otherwise I'd bung both in if it's a high alcohol beer.

If you are using one sachet, hydrate it first.
