Problems with Paypal

    Hello,

    I have been trying to transfer money from my Bank Account to Paypal and I went onto Paypal to get my Transfer ID and there was a message that said

    "Our bank account information has changed. Before you can top up your PayPal account,you'll need to provide your bank with PayPal's new transfer recipient information."

    This was followed by the new Bank Information but the BIC is Invalid and I don't know what the problem is.

    I haven't used Paypal in a while so would anyone know what the problem is. I'm with AIB Bank and any help would be greatly appreciated.

    That is a valid BIC for Deutsche Bank in Potsdam. Also I doubt that PayPal would send out incorrect info. If I were you I would contact AIB and ask them why it won't go through.

    Guys, with the old bank details you were transferring money to another ROI account. With the new details that Paypal have, you need to transfer money internationally, that's why the BIC is not working!
