Calculating Flow through a Venting Hole

Little bit of a stupid question here but I would appreciate some help.

Textbook problem where there is a pneumatic air pipe with a constant pressure which has a venting hole along it of a known CSA.

How do I find the flow through this venting hole?

I don't know the flow within the actual pipe, only its pressure, density and a possible temperature range.

    Thanks in advance.
