Are they all gone ? Head probably not too important. I'd be surprised if they're imperial, and not metric. Any builders providers should sort you out. 6x120 is not unusual.

They sound like the std type of bolt that most furniture-bed's etc are put together with these days https://www.google.ie/search?q=furniture+fixing+bolts&biw=1366&bih=643&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=iM8rVMKcEaSV7Abb9oGIAQ&ved=0CEYQsAQ

M6 x 120 bolts could be got handy enough from a fastener Co (Freeney/Tuck, AEF, Dublin Bolt and nut) or if you ask for 'roofing bolts' (as above and Builders supplies) https://www.google.ie/search?q=roofing+bolts&biw=1366&bih=643&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=StIrVOW2JNKf7gbk64HYCA&sqi=2&ved=0CB4QsAQ they would be safe with the flat head etc. I wouldn't worry about the thread/shoulder lengths too much.

See if a 6mm metric screw/bolt will go in easily by hand(to avoid thread damage) to confirm whether it's imperial or metric. No point in hunting down imperial only to find out it's actually metric.
