Eircom phone watch alarm going off! No access code! Help!!

    We live in a rented house and our phone watch alarm is going off for the last 20 mins saying a front door sensor is going off. We never use it and it's never done this before. Can anyone help??

    Sounds like it is a tamper issue.
    If you don't have any codes you will need to down power the alarm mains and battery.
    Do you know which system you have installed?
