    Hi,

We are getting FIS at the moment at a rate of €144 per week. My partner is being made redundant, the FIS is in her name. She'll be moving to JSB. Luckily, I've gotten a job offer, and I'll be starting work on Monday. Is there a way to keep the FIS given that I'll be doing above the required amount of hours?

You will have to make your own FIS claim. Her claim will be closed as she will no longer be working.

Right ok. I was thinking given that I was part of her claim it could be possible to do a switcheroo. Couldn't be as easy as all that!
