It's that time of the month again which means it's time for our monthly house.disco.techno shindig in the cellar of our favourite home of Pacinos. First of all a huge thanks to all that made it to our post picnic residents party last month, it was a cracking night and the place was hopping!

This Friday we're absolutely stoked to welcome Breakfast Club head honchos Cian Coburn & Con Allen to take over the the controls until the closing bell, with support from Conky (Torque) + Al Klllian & Barry Ryan (Faithful Players).

Cian Coburn & Con Allen are founders and residents of The Breakfast Club early morning/day party in The Dark House Inn, with parties happening at least once a month throughout the year and serving up a tasty early morning blend of house, techno and disco in all of it's guises right through until lunchtime. The Breakfast Club is quite simply the finest party of it's kind in Dublin and has been going strong for nearly 4 years now - showcasing the finest local house and techno DJ talent as well as international guests of the calibre of Tamo Sumo, Marcellus Pittman, Patrice Scott, Margaret Dygas and John Heckle. We reckon that a few more years like that and its growing legendary status will all be but sealed (starting this Saturday morning).

Kicking off the night we have Al Killian & Barry Ryan (aka Faithful Players). The Faithful Players came about when friends and long time DJs Al Killian and Brian Parr were asked to spin records at The Gravity Bar as part of the Guinness St. Patrick's Day festival in 2013. They played music to over 15,000 people over the course of that weekend and so decided to keep playing as a duo. Following this they have been hosting their own nights since with the Faithful Players Halloween Disco Ball being a big success last year and with a similar night scheduled for 2014. Al goes under the guise of Lasso d'Amore as a producer with various original tracks and re-edits on Soundcloud. Brian is D*A*S*H and has a planned release for later this year on Fruit of Life records.

We can't wait for this one to kick off and as a rather nice bonus there is also a Breakfast Club party happening a few hours later in the Dark Horse Inn, with recent Torque guest Shane Linehan, Oisin Butler Doyle and myself (Giles) laying it down on the ones and twos until brunch o'clock. It's my first time spinning downat the Breakfast Club (https://www.facebook.com/events/713436872076811) and I can't bloody wait!

And to save on an unneccessary taxi fare we've got the hours between TORQUE and The Breakfast Club sorted with a little private party. Just talk to us on the night :)

See you Friday folks, strap in for the ride and hold on.
