    I don't need this, but am definitely gettting one :)

    This is a proper thermal camera, not a night vision camera which would only amplify the light or emit infrared light to illuminate it.

    It will tell you the temperature of what you point it.

    They're only on pre-order in the US/Canada on the official web site, so may take some time to be available to Europe.

    It's a proper heat detection camera.
    The resolution of the heat camera is low, around 206x156 which it upscales, but adequate.
    Recently I saw an iPhone thermal camera for about $350 and was jealous that there wasn't an android version. This one is cheaper and has a higher resolution.
    Only works on certain phones though, eg. the Galaxy S4 is supported.

    I'm curious to walk around the house and see where there's heat loss / requires more insulation.
