    Does anyone know if someone starts to maintain land outside your land beside the public road are they allowed to claim ownership....

    Hi, I have similar but different question. I would like to extend my garden and claim land outside my premises, my house is located at the end of the estate. Is this possible? County council does not care and old developer does not reply.
    Any ideas?
