Horse outside- crop or without crop?

    Hi,
    I'm just looking for some opinions and possible why if you don't mind.

    My first thought was to crop this photo but I kind of like the wall in the top left hand corner.

    I don't really object to the wall, but there's a lot of empty space in the uncropped version.

    Not to mention the "horse with no legs" thing going on there.

    Not to be too critical, but this looks a bit like you pulled over and took a photo from the car window(?). Framing before you shoot generally makes for a much better composition than trying to crop later.

    I don't mind critical at all, it's feedback. I actually drive past, turned around, drove back, parked and walked up. Even stood on a wall for some shots. I totally missed the 'no legs'. I'll check if I have any similar with full horse in the shot.

    yeah first thing I saw was the gigantic OOF wall covering the bottom 3rd of the frame. Also the bottom 3rd of the horse. I'd chalk the shot down to experience and move on.
