Replacing glycol

My daughter had to have glycol replaced after a power cut during recent sunny weather. The gauge is now reading 2bar again. There is a white expansion vessel connected to solar system with a flexi hose. I lifted the vessel and found it contains no liquid whatsoever. Should there not be some glycol in it? Might the vessel…

Might the vessel have too much pressure or is this normal?
