galaxy s5 notification bar issues

im getting the circle with the line through it symbol which suggests no coverage, but at the same time im getting a h+ icon suggesting i have data the phones on the 3 network and its a galaxy s5 with the latest software installed. data was working at the time. any ideas whats going on here?
