I wasnt sure where to ask this.

Is it possible for a person who hasn't gone through college to write a peer reviewed paper and what would be the steps in doing so.

I ask because 2 years ago as part of an anti-bullying campaign we did a study across 300 teenagers (from 6 different secondary schools across 3 counties) on the issue of bullying. Im wondering how could I publish the findings?

I only ask because I was clearing out the shed and found the finished paper I wrote along with all the original questionnaires that the students returned. It seems like a bit of a waste to just dump it.
