Has anyone used UFC TV, whats your opinions of it??

UFC 178 is not on UPC's PPV and in order to get BT Sports 1 they want me to order a whole package, and involves cancelling on time and usual anal messing.......

So looking for another way to watch the fight, I could go with free streaming but you know what those websites are like, so looking for somehting a bit more reliable, any sugestions??

UFC TV isnt too bad its 17.99
(they are also doing a 7 day free trial but havent read in to the T&C yet probably some hidden charge in there somewhere, again if you used this let us know)

The €17;99 is just paying for the event itself. It's in HD and should look awesome if you have a decent connection.

But, why not just sign up for BT for the month. I'm not sure if there's still a connection fee involved but it's, what, €20 for the month? You'll also get both fight nights on Oct 4th (one featuring Gunnar Nelson, Cathal Pendred etc) and perhaps (but i'm not 100% sure) Aldo v Mendes too next month.

As well as that there's plenty of Premier League football on during that month if you're into it.

BT sports is worth every penny for its UFC coverage alone.

If you have sky already, you can sign up for 1 euro a month trial, you will have full UFC prelims and main event on this Saturday, plus they have lots of shows on during the week, UFC Ultimate Insider, Beyond the Octagon, TUF 20, Countdown to UFC the week before a numbered event, there is one or two more I can't think of now also, I'm sure.
UFC TV/Fight pass is great also for its library of content.

    I haz both

eta: just notice you on UPC, the package is worth keeping tbh

With regards to BT Sports, you only have to sign up for 2 months with the Setanta package. Plenty of good fights scheduled from now til 2 months time, plus they do have lots of others sports on the channel

Its only a matter of time before us Europeans are paying for ppv's individually we have it too good now.

Don't think so, PPV is a model that never really took off in Europe, it's more of an American concept

The market is far too small for it. 3am starts is not appealing to most viewers either.

Not even with a european contender in mcgregor and rise of plenty others from this side of the pond? the uk is surely a big market I thought they'd have enough fans willing to pay to make it viable,I pay for any mayweather fight would pay for most ufc ppv's to be honest,65 dollars is expensive enough though.

If you're staying up that late you'd be a fairly hardcore fan. Enticing new fans and the casuals to stay up til 5am in the morning is tough

They're not on tv at all in lots of Europe so without that there is no exposure for PPV

Bought the fight on UFC.tv last night for 17.99, have to say the quality is amazing its full HD and you can choose from a number of camera angles at any time.
