    Hello all,

If a company orders and pays for lunch at the office for everyone everyday (or certain days of the week) from an outside provider (not canteen) but it is available to all staff. Is it considered a benefit in kind?

and if not can the company deduct it as an expense?

    Thanks in advance

If it is available to all members of staff it is not a BIK and would be deductable.
