    Hi Harry

I too have got this on my Metro account. What are they playing at I wonder?

I had wondered if it was a tech failure on the local transmitter but clearly not the case (I'm in Waterford City).

    Harry

I'm on the Naas transmitter. So it looks like it is a system wide issue unless those on DSL or fibre still have it.

What are your speeds like from the Waterford Transmitter?

    Regards

Its working at the maximum for my package - (I'm on Metro) and the speed is consistent.

Well I hope they waive any throttling as they are not telling us what's going on! :)

It's working again now, at least for me.

I'll second that. It is working for me also.

Likewise, and I bet we never find out why.

Likewise, and I bet we never find out why.

I mailed them over the weekend to point out the problem and ask what might be causing it and, though it was fixed by this morning, I've not had any email response to say what was the cause.

Bump! same again - daily stats available, but nothing on the main mytraffic.digiweb.ie/ page. Been like this for a week at least

I just tweeted them, as the site does not work for me at all for the last few weeks. Awaiting response.

Same issue here in Athlone. Not worrying though as it's now unlimited (500GB) anyways. Wondering are they scrapping the cap altogether?

Got a reply - aware of it and any traffic over set limits will be disregarded - so fill yer boots! :D

I just checked the Digiweb traffic site and it seems to be back up. However there is no usage listed, as Digiweb are allowing unlimited usage until end of January.

As for their main page http://www.digiweb.ie no browser what so ever can access it. I asked about this on their twitter feed and got no reply. If anyone did ask and got a response, what did they say.

Just to update Digiweb are now offering "unlimited" traffic allowance on the majority of the plans they offer with the following exceptions.

Metro Starter, Fibre Broadband Lite and all Satellite plans.

With this happening there will be no need for the traffic monitor unless of course you are a customer using the services listed above.

Further information can be got from http://www.digiweb.ie.
