    Our roommate decides he is moving out at the end of october, our apartment is located at Steamboat Quay opposite the Clarion hotel, on the top floor. Clean, smoke free (if you smoke then can smoke outside), no pets, 2 floors, 3 bedrooms and UPC 50mb/s Internet (split between 3 so 15 euro each). Need a person to move in end of October as early as possible. Small deposit of 125 but can be organised for a later later date.

    I'm 21, studying in LIT and my roommate is a 26, currently not in college.
