    Hi Guys,

    i'm going to order a CPU, mother board and ram from Amazon.co.UK this weekend.

    Looking at
    Intel Core i7 4820K
    Asus P9X79 Motherboard (maybe)

    But any mother board I see doesn't have a VGA port. How do I get around this?
    Really don't want a graphics card just yet as I'm short of cash.

    My home PC has died. Was an AMD blah. But I want to to to Intel now.

    DVI to VGA adapter, should find one for a few Euro on Amazon.

    Home PC also to run VMware. SQL server and others. Messing with diff copies of windows server also.

    My 10 yr d into gaming when we let him so I will need to get a graphics card also. Which should I get ?
    Don't have a budget but this has to get built as old one is dead. But I'm not flush either.

    Are you overclocking?

    If not a cheaper xeon would do fine along with a cheaper board. You could fit a decent budget graphics card like the 750ti 2gb into the budget then as well.
