Hi can anyone advise if wills.ie, an online will making facility is recognised by Irish law?
    Thanks

It's not even recognized by my browser.

There are indeed online will-making sites. I would avoid them like the plague.

Intestacy laws are very complicated, as is tax law, which can be very relevant in drafting a will. There is also a huge scope for fraud and legal challenges in DIY wills, depending on the circumstances. That's not a legacy you want to leave your grieving survivors.

I wouldn't even approach a practicing solicitor unless I was confident of his competence in this area, let alone use google to download a template.
