    Would anyone know the best "online website development" site to use.

    Ideally i would like to use one of the free ones.

    You could look at wordpress free themes. There's a few nice ones and get hosting for about 60 a year.
    If you're thinking of Wix or weebley.. Don't!

    depends what you want the website to do. Best choice is obviously to register a domain and install something like wordpress - as quoted above. This will give you much more flexibility than one of the free offerings, but again it depends. Can you elaborate a bit more on the requirements for the site??
