retrofit DPM, how to connect to dpc

My 1975 house had a few fertiliser bags for a dpm by the original builder.
The floors are now dug up, whacked, and a sand blinding laid.

The inner leaf brick walls have a dpc which is currently exposed though not protruding much. Also the dpc layer will be slightly below the floor slab when poured.
Any idea's of how to best connect the two together, or advice on avoiding what I believe is called a slip plane, where the wall dpc can be bridged by the adjacent dpm?

the radon barrier/dpc you are using: look at the IAB cert and it will suggest suitable sealant product or Google 'radon barrier sealant'

have you installed the radon sump?
