    Hey Carlow People,

    I'm doing some research on an old county manager called Joe Crockett. He was county manger in Carlow from 2002 – 2007. How did Carlow people find him, was he good for the county? Did he improve Carlow during his reign of Carlow?


    Any info would be greatly appreciated.
