Bought a hp a year ago about from pc world I think it was,have noticed the screen is twitching on odd occasions,very minor problem but obviously the screen isnt 100%,I bought insurance for 2 or 3 years direct debit at the time 11 euro a month they told me any problems and they will give me a new laptop Is this the case if…

Is this the case if I bring it into the shop they will replace the whole thing?
