Sky ftv cards

I have a spare sky+ HD box in addition to my main one which has a sub. I want to put it to use but its annoying due to it being stuck with the Irish epg so I've been looking into getting an ftv card.

Looking on ebay there appears to be a number of different cards with different prices. A white card (fully active) a white card and a blue card. I was just wondering whats the difference between them as they are different prices. Thanks.
