    Oxtail consomé.
    Beetroot is great with venison.
    Orange is great with beetroot.

    Or you could try a roast tomato and roast garlic sauce - nice and rich.

    And, no, I don't have recipes for any of the above. Sorry.

    went with a tomatoe and garlic sauce.....both from the garden, very tasty
