I work three days per week part-time and claim JA. The 'welfare week' is Wednesday to Wednesday, meaning I will only be paid if I work no more than three days per week within this slot. Am I at a disadvantage and reliant on the 'luck of the rota', or does this balance out in some way?

If you work 5 days in one welfare week and none in the next the must balance things?
