Which mountain bike should I get from these..

    I'm looking at getting a mountain bike(more so for cross country, nothing wild), I've been quoted these bikes/prices from a local company and was wondering if there's any particular reason to go with one over another. It's through the bike to work scheme(my first bike since I was a kid).

    Merida Big 9 Alloy 500 €1150 29" wheel
    Merida Big 9 Alloy 300 €850 29" wheel
    Merida Big 7 Alloy 100 €750 27" wheel
    Merida Big 7 Alloy 500 €1150 27" wheel
