Since O2 are now owned by 3, will a 3 SIM card work in an O2 locked phone?

No. Theyre still seperate in a lot of ways. When the merger is complete 3 might provide unlock codes for the phones

And what about the virtual networks that use O2 masts, like tesco, will they work on a locked O2 phone?
