Hi does anybody that uses Ali express know this?? I have an order of maybe ten things from the same person, but I need to open a dispute, do I have to open it for each individual item or is there a way in opening just the one dispute for the whole lot???

I have just been through this and it was an absolute nightmare.
We bought 5 items, all of which were incorrectly sized.
We had to open a dispute for each of the items individually.

Aliexpress make this process very long winded. They give you a time limit to reply (say 5 days). If you reply immediately, you still have to wait the 5 days. Then aliexpress take another 5 days to come back with a response. Guess what you then have 5 days to reply but have to wait the full 5 days before your response is acknowledged.

We eventually got the seller to agree that we would get a full refund if we returned the goods. We did this, and since then aliexpress have decided to only reply to one of the 5 disputes.
I lost patience, and felt that alixpress were deliberately stalling me so that my protection offered by visa (60 days) would expire. I contacted my bank and got a chargeback initiated. AIB gave me my money back within days.

Aliexpress is now not very happy with me.... Ive got some angry emails.

My advice would be to open a dispute immediately, but if you feel you are being delayed get on to your bank asap and let them handle it. They will tell you how to play the situation.
