Car fault (207 airbag light]

have a 2008 207 car and drivers side airbag was deployed and another one fitted, we tried to put out the airbag light but will not go out. says it a permanent fault. when an airbag is deployed on these cars does the crash data on the module have to be cleared too

we tried to put out the airbag light but will not go out.

says it a permanent fault.

when an airbag is deployed on these cars does the crash data on the module have to be cleared too

ok thanks is there a device that will clear the crash data without having to remove the module itself from the car
