Where to advertise sale of house?

    Hi all,

I'm hoping someone might be able to give me some information - I'm in the process of getting material together to sell my house (pictures, feature list etc) and want to market it to the right people. The house itself is a large house in the countryside (only 20mins from Cork), but there is an industrial premise with it, with 3-phase power.

The house, shed and yard would be IDEAL for a mechanic/welder/tradesman of any kind, or a hobbyist/car enthusiast or anyone at all who needs the additional power and storage/work facilities. The house is right next to it - my dad worked there for years and years and it's so ideal for families or people who want live/work space that I want to make sure I get it out to the right people.

Any ideas on specialist sites for this kind of thing or am I better off to pop it up on DAFT/MyHome etc. and then put links on motoring forums etc.? I've met with one or two auctioneers but I have huge concerns that they deal primarily with town locations and that my house will just sit at the bottom of a pile in an office somewhere.

    All advice welcome :)

Put it on daft yourself as anyone with interest in sheds etc will be looking at the house primarily. Just make sure you don't focus too much on the add ons and overlook main thing

Thanks guys, will have a look at that site.

Murph - it's North Cork County, 20mins from Blackpool and about 10mins to Mallow... PM me if you need more details...

I would say daft is best place, similar type property in dromahane this year and sold quick enough. Only 200 to put ad up. You could try a certain EA in mallow who will tell you they'll sell it in 5 mins for way over the asking but we all see through that....
