iTunes app to Android

just wondering if there is anyway of downloading or transferring an iTunes only app on to an android phone (Galaxy S5)

This is the app i want to put on my S5

i previously owned an iphone and have been using this app to start the couch to 5k and i don't particularly want to have to download a different app and get used to the way that works when i'm used to the one above. If not, its not a bit issue - i can still use my iphone for the sole purpose of using this app - its a bit of a pain but nothing major!

You can't move an iOS app to Android, and it appears that the developer of that app does not have an Android version.

I was using Rocket Player and it has a built in iTunes porting function, if that's any use to you.
