Think that is the only picture De Paper has of a tractor , they seem to run regular like

That's not a Dexta it's a Major, dosent look like the kind of countryside for rowcrops.

Like any anti crime initiative unless the punishment is severe enough for those caught its a waste of time , personally I think that when tools and machinery are stolen a person is being prevented from providing a livelihood for themselves and their family and as such the punishment should be more severe than for other types of theft
