    Here you go (thanks Queensgael)

Start list in 'read more' section below video

No Vos (saving herself for road race), no Armiststead so I think the last starter Ellen Van Dijk will get gold.

No GB entrants at all - 'not worth it' according to British cycling.

    Found this from the Telegraph:

Lizzie Armitstead leads the six-rider women’s squad, which also includes two-time junior world champion Lucy Garner, Hannah Barnes, Anna Christian and mountain bike riders Annie Last and Alice Barnes, Hannah’s sister.
The mildly controversial decision to name two mountain bike riders in the women’s team is as nothing compared with the fallout from British Cycling’s decision not to enter a woman in the time trial. British Cycling justified it by saying that it was felt no one had medal potential following Emma Pooley’s retirement. Pooley herself was scathing of the decision.

They'd be pretty odd events if only realistic medal winners were entered. What would we have - ten or so competitors in the various TTs?
