Does anyone have any experience of the masters or triathlon swim sessions in Rathmines pool?

None I'm afraid, I swim in the lane next to them and the standard in the masters seems strong enough, the triathlon training not so much, one or two of the lads at the top will be handy and in terms of drills it looks to be well varied. Coach looks familiar to me from my Trojan days but cannot be sure.

I did them for a year on Tuesday nights. Ewa the coach keeps the sessions interesting and caters for many levels. You will get fit in a short space of time with her mix of drills and endurance work.

    I highly recommend the sessions

YES! I alter between UCD, National Aquatic Centre and Rathmines and I am always melting in Rathmines. Thought it was just me.

Yeah, very hard to train in a warm pool.

Went the odd time with up in Dublin and I found them good. I agree the pool temps are way to high so bring plenty of water and drink it.
