Shuttle bus from Corrib Village?

Does anyone know if the shuttle bus from the Corrib Village Park and Ride is free if you don't use the actual park and ride?

Potentially running on the same times this year. Stops are at the P&R, the biosciences building, all through Corrib Village, outside Engineering, beside the Kingfisher and outside the Orbsen.

Handy if you need to get from one side of campus to the other relatively quickly.
