I have a Toyota Avensis T4 estate which has the most annoying rattle at low speed. I know they are know for it but what the hell is causing it. I can't seem to put my finger on it

The Avensis in my experience wouldn't be a particularly "rattly" car.

You don't say what mileage is on the car and despite the thread title you don't seem too sure of the source.

Most likely ARB bushings or drop links.
