strange small bumps on face

I've had a few strange small bumps on my face for about 4 weeks now. They seem to only be on the right side of my face, just between my cheek & jawbone. They aren't quite spots, they don't look red or have blackheads/whiteheads, but I can feel them. There seems to be three larger ones, all sort of going upwards above each other.

I have tried tea tree oil, sudocreme, exfoliating, but nothing seems to get rid of them. I don't get many spots, just around my chin at my time of month, so I know that's hormonal. I'm 37 by the way, so not sure what this is about. I can't work it out!

Could it be an allergy maybe?
I got something similar a few years back. I was trying to stay off eating crap so I started snacking on cherry tomatoes - ate punnets of them every week! :o Got these little raised bumps on my face and couldn't figure out what was up. Went into chemist and they asked was I using different washing powder, gels, etc or eating anything different. Suddenly dawned on me - the bloody tomatoes! :(

Got some anti-histamines and they cleared up in about a week. :)

I was thinking it might be some sort of allergy and I have been trying to think if its anything I've been using or eating, but I can't think what it might be. I might chance taking some antihistamines and see if it makes any difference.

I've been suffering from this on my chin since starting a new job, am desperately trying to figure it out too.l.

Could it be bacteria on your phone maybe? If it's in the place where your phone would touch your face then it most likely is!

don't think so, I use my phone on my left ear mostly, these are on the right hand side. I tend to clean my phone with anti-bac wipes regularly.

no, nothing like that. These are just like spots under the skin, not reddened, but I can feel them and sort of see them. I can't really take a pic of them as I don't think they will show up.
