    Hi I recently changed a battery in a 04 opel corsa and assumed because of year that the radio wouldnt be affected . how ever all I get on radio display now is the word SAFE. Can anyone help.

    Firstly you need the 4 pin security code . Do you have it ?

    That's my problem . Don't have security code. The car was parked up for 2 years and battery went flat. its belong to old lady whose husband died 2 years ago and she just left it.

    Post here the make , model and serial no. of the radio. You will of course have to remove it from car to get the serial which might start with GM ..
    Your other alternative is to look for someone in your area who decodes car radios.
