Just wondering if anyone has been in Seapoint this week. Has the jellyfish problem improved? Thinking of going tomorrow.

I was down there last night and went for a dip. I saw nothing but spoke with a woman before getting in that said she had seen 2 out by the buoys on Monday/Tuesday and some reports from last week too. Have to say it made for a pretty uncomfortable swim as I was out there alone and as it does the mind began to wander. Didn't stay in long and signs are still up warning swimmers. *Sigh

Is this the price for a good summer I wonder? Certainly seems to be worse than the last few summers for jellyfish and this year for the first time in yonks it seemed we had a great summer swimming season - nice weather & warm waters.

    Bump this please.

Will take any reports on the current number, if any, of jellyfish in the water at seapoint at this time.

    Thanks.
